kernelcheck hopestar introduction

KernelCheck Hopestar, a.k.a. 06.30.08, will be the next product of KernelCheck development. This release takes over where the incomplete Hydra release left off, incorporating new features such as proprietary video driver installations and ease of use. This version will also contain proper documentation, unlike previous versions.

KernelCheck HopeStar will be designed with the Glade Interface Designer and will be coded in Python. Any suggestions are welcome.
